International Shipping & Return Policy

International Orders: (including Canada & Mexico)

We will ship to any country served by the US Post Office. International orders will be shipped Express Mail International at a typical charge of $30-$40 for most countries, more for larger orders or remote locations. Your order should arrive in 4 to 12 business days excluding customs delays.

IMPORTANT - MUST READ!

You are responsible for your order clearing customs. No Refunds will be given for orders held or rejected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All international orders must be prepaid by money order, bank draft, or wire transfer. We can not accept credit cards with a billing address outside the US or for orders to be shipped outside the US.

We do not ship pepper spray internationally unless you have a specific license, contact us for details. Export regulations require a license to ship Stun Guns to some countries.

Return Policy

You must call and get an authorization code before returning the item.

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it within 2 business days from the date received for a refund less the shipping charge and a 25% re-stocking fee provided it is in new condition and in it's original package.

After 2 days and up to 30 days from the date of receipt, you may request to return a non defective product for a store credit, less shipping charge and 25% re-stocking fee. The returned product must be in new condition and in it's original packaged. The store credit is valid for merchandize only.

You may return a product if it becomes defective within it's warranty period for a replacement only. There is a shipping and handling fee for all defective replacements, the amount varies by manufacturer. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value if the returned product is no longer available. Products sold as a closeout sale can only be returned if defective. Return Shipping is not refundable. Pepper spray can not be returned unless it is defective when received.
