RingSMS was formed last March 2002 and was officially registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on May 24, 2002.

RingSMS is delighted that the people behind this Public Sharing Concept and who take seat at the RingSMS Board of Directors include well-respected business personalities, such as:

Sir Ronald James Andrews, KHPG-AIMP, a business consultant in the Philippines for the past 25 years and has commenced many large business internal and external;

Dr. Michael Unger Dolgoruky, the youngest son of Prince Michael S. Dolgoruky from the Royal Family of Russia;  

Mr. Richard Driver, Chief Executive Officer of Crosswinds Communications Inc., the world’s third largest Web Hosting and E-mail Provider.

RingSMS is also pleased to announce that Samuel B. Alentaje of Alentaje Attorneys from the Philippines has also taken a seat at the Board of Directors of RingSMS Philippines Corporation.

The Corporation is not a publicly traded company and it has no intentions of going public; but it actually provides upfront dividends by letting Investors and Directors participate through ownership of 49% of RingSMS’s Non-Par Value Shares of Stock. The overall value of RingSMS’s capital is 900 Million Non-Par Value Shares, 49% of which, or 441 Million Shares, will be distributed to all RingSMS Directors, whether free or paid.

The Corporation is a proud supporter of socio-civic organizations, schools, charities, churches, and foundations – offering them a Paid Director position in the company without any financial commitment from their end.
